Do you have your website? If you do, you’re probably using WordPress to create and host it. This software makes it easy to add pages, posts, and other content to your site, but many don’t realize that it’s also possible to add extra features with plugins. In this article, we’ll talk about what plugins are and how to install them on WordPress.
Step 1) Login to your website
Once you have logged into your account, click Installed Plugins in your dashboard. This will bring up a list of all of your plugins. Find Add New underneath, and then click it.
Step 2) Click the Plugins link under Appearance
On your WordPress dashboard, click Plugins under Appearance. You will be taken to a page where you can search for plugins. Type digital marketing into the search bar to find our Digital Marketing plugin.
Step 3) Click Add New
To begin installing plugins, click Add New from within your Dashboard’s plugins page. To reach your Dashboard, log in to WordPress and click Your Account at the top-right corner of any page.
Step 4) Search for the plugin you want
Once you’ve found a plugin that seems useful, go ahead and search for it in your WordPress admin panel. Click Add New under Plugins in your main admin menu.
Step 5) Click Install Now
In most cases, you’ll click Install Now and be done with it. However, some plugins will prompt you to enter your FTP details so they can install correctly.
Step 6) Click Activate Plugin
Before you can use a plugin on your site, you need to install it by clicking Activate Plugin. If you’re using a custom theme, then activating a plugin will be different than if you were using one of WordPress’s default themes.
